Job Description

This is a contractual role for 3 months with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance. You will be handling US Voice Process where good communication skills are essential. Your responsibilities will include providing complete customer service along with upselling opportunities. Both graduates and undergraduates are eligible to apply. Freshers as well as experienced individuals are welcome to apply for this position.
