Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based banking customers.

• Assist customers with queries, transactions, and service requests.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

• Follow process guidelines and maintain accurate call records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: HSC / Graduate in any stream.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both eligible.

• Domain: Any industry background accepted.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills required.

• Shift: Night shift (US shift).

• Work Mode: Work from Office

What We Offer

• Salary: 35,000 -38,000 per month (in-hand).
