Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and action emails from central inboxes
  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls with professionalism
  • Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate system records and update order details
  • Ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth dispatch of goods
  • Manage work schedule independently and meet deadlines
  • Understand and respond to customer requirements
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
