As a BPO Executive at our company, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers or clients, addressing their queries, and providing appropriate solutions. In this role, you will also be expected to handle customer inquiries through chat and email channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their concerns. The ideal candidate should possess good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide excellent service. If you have a graduation degree and 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or BPO role, we have 2 new openings available at our location in Mohali.
