Customer Service Executive – Publishing Industry

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our publishing company to guide authors throughout the book publishing journey. You will interact with authors, provide information about the publishing process, and help them select the most suitable publishing plan based on their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Learn about publishing processes and services in the publishing industry.
• Handle inquiries generated through our marketing campaigns.
• Explain different publishing models and guide new authors step by step.
• Answer author queries with clarity and professionalism.
• Suggest suitable publishing options to authors and support them in decision-making.
• Maintain strong relationships with authors through phone and email communication.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Calm, patient, and able to handle challenging situations.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Note: This is a full-time salaried position. Applicants are not required to pay any fee to apply or join.
