Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A positive attitude, enthusiasm for learning new processes, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities are also key qualities we are looking for. Fluency in English is a must. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift. Applicants should be willing and able to commute or relocate to Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, as this is where the work is based. A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is preferred. Preferred language skills include English and Hindi, with Tamil being an added advantage. The successful candidate will be expected to work in person at the Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu location.,
