Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused fresh graduates for the position of Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process at Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to begin their careers in the ITES/BPO industry and develop their communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound calls and chat, as assigned.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any graduate, subject to eligibility.
• Eligible batches: 2024, 2025, and 2026.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Candidates with the following qualifications are not eligible: B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech, Diploma, Pharmacy, LLB, and LLM.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual CTC: ₹2.8 LPA.
• Approximate in-hand salary: ₹18,000 per month.
• Night shift allowance: Up to ₹3,000, subject to applicable conditions.
• Two rotational week-offs per week.
• Cab facility available.
