Customer Service Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly, professionally, and efficiently. You will play a vital role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Technical Support, and Operations to deliver excellent service.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Suggest improvements to processes and services based on customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Languages known: English, Bengali, Hindi
• Experience: 0-1 year
