Customer Service - Electrical

As a Technician, your role will involve monitoring the Electrical related parameters at the site, providing first-level support in case of Electrical breakdown, and coordinating with the HO Automation team for problem resolution through VPN. You will also be responsible for supporting the service team for Automation/Electrical related issues during quarterly Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities. In addition, you will provide system operation & maintenance training to operators, take the lead in improving system availability, resolve snag lists, and maintain & document records of error resolution while updating your line manager. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor the Electrical related parameters at the site - Provide first-level support in case of Electrical breakdown - Coordinate with HO Automation team for problem resolution through VPN - Support service team for Automation/Electrical related issues during quarterly PM - Provide system operation & maintenance training to operators - Take the lead in improving system availability - Resolve snag lists - Maintain & document records of error resolution & update line manager Qualifications Required: - Diploma/IT in Electrical Engineering Experience Required: - Minimum 2-3 years in the field of Electro-Mechanical maintenance - Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience in the Automation Industry In this role, you will need to have a basic knowledge of Switchgear components, Control Panels/Power distribution Panels, as well as three-phase wiring (Motors/Switchgears/Control Panel). You should be able to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, electrical drawings, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance work. Additionally, possessing good oral & communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and strong problem-solving skills will be beneficial for this position.,
