We are hiring for the Blended process:-

* Number of Openings: 800

* Process: Blended (Chat+ Voice)

* Department: Customer Service

* Customer Base: US / Canada

* Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 per month

*Eligibility Criteria*

* Education: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate

* Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (Any process or experience will work)

* Maximum Age Limit: 35 years

* Good English communication skills.

* Candidates should be comfortable working in an international customer service environment.

Job Location

Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Shift & Weekly Off

* Rotational shifts (US / Canada process).

* 2 rotational weekly offs.

Transportation

*Transport routes / coverage areas include:*

* Kurla

* Andheri

* Dombivli

* Kharghar
