As a Customer Support Associate, your role will involve assisting customers with their inquiries and providing excellent service. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer queries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Communicating effectively with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance - Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention To qualify for this role, you should: - Be a fresher graduate with excellent communication skills - Be willing to work from the office in either Bangalore or Pune - Be comfortable working in night shifts - Be able to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs - Have the ability to commute to the office with the provided cab facility In addition to the above, the company offers perks such as night shift allowances and incentives.
