As a Customer Service representative at our company in Gurugram, your role will involve providing detailed information about our products and services to customers. You will assist them in making informed decisions about their insurance needs and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Your responsibilities will also include resolving customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner, as well as collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
