Role Overview: As a Customer Services Executive in the BFSI sector, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to clients. Immediate joiners with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the BFSI domain are preferred. The job location for this role will be in Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering high-quality customer service to clients in the BFSI sector - Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Providing support in financial transactions and services as required Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the BFSI domain - Educational qualification of Graduate or Undergraduate - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Additional Details: Please note that there is no fixed salary bracket for candidates applying for this role.
