Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and issues via email, chat, and ticketing systems (no calling involved).
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and courteous support.
  • Meet process targets for response time, accuracy, and quality.
