Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting website visitors and responding to WhatsApp inquiries. This role involves helping customers with product selection and guiding them smoothly through the ordering process. The right candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for providing a top-notch online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with website visitors to assist with placing orders
• Handle customer queries received through WhatsApp and online chat
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services
• Provide accurate information regarding pricing, availability, and order process
• Coordinate with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Log and maintain customer interactions in the CRM system
• Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about market trends

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and live chat platforms

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
