Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Associate - Spanish located in Chandigarh. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our Spanish-speaking clients. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are beneficial
