Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

· Resolve customer queries related to products, orders, returns, refunds, and shipping

· Communicate clearly with a fluent, neutral/UK-accented voice suitable for UK & European audiences

· Ensure adherence to company policies, including Amazon marketplace policies where applicable

· Escalate complex cases to senior teams and ensure timely resolution

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems

· Strive for high customer satisfaction scores and meet performance KPIs

Key Requirements

· Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken English and a confident accent

· Prior experience in voice process customer support (preferably in e-commerce or marketplace operations)

· Familiarity with Amazon Customer Service processes is a strong advantage

· Ability to handle call volumes with patience and empathy

· Problem-solving attitude with good listening and interpersonal skills

· Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,356.15 per month
