Job Description:
· Providing professional customer hotline service via inbound phone calls and/or messages.
· Assisting customers with accurate information regarding the Company's services.
· Handling incoming enquiries and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues/complaints as per company protocols.
· Managing complaints across available channels and gathering relevant details for management action when required.
· Analyzing customer feedback, escalating issues, and proactively collaborating with related teams to drive service improvements.
· Supporting ad-hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
· Open to candidates from any educational background.
· Proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, and listening) is mandatory to serve the UAE & Saudi Arabia market.
· Excellent command of Arabic & English.
· Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work with Backoffice tools while responding to customer needs.
· Professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach in resolving customer issues.
