Customer Service Assistant

Job description:

Responsibilities: Female candidates only

• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and handle queries.
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
• Per day 200 calls
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and MIS.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• 12th Pass/Graduate.
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English, regional language preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
• Prior tele-calling/back office experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,086.00 - ₹10,615.41 per month
