Job Description

As an Escalation Desk Support (Level 2) at our company located in Indore, you will be responsible for providing support in resolving customer issues effectively. With a salary ranging from 27,000 CTC to 30,000 CTC, we are looking for individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Voice Process or Customer Handling. To be eligible for this position, you should have at least a 12th Pass qualification and above. The work schedule entails 5 days a week with rotational shifts, predominantly day shifts. For those relocating candidates, we offer attractive perks such as a Relocation Bonus of 10,000, Free Accommodation for 14 days inclusive of breakfast, and Travel Assistance covering train tickets. This is a full-time job opportunity requiring proficiency in both English and Hindi languages.
