Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and professional Travel Consultant to join our team at Sky-Sketch (India) in Kolkata, located in our Esplanade area. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Hospitality, travel, and tourism. The role offers a starting remuneration of 10000 - 12000 during the 6-month training period, depending on the candidate's knowledge and experience. The ideal candidate must have a passion for travel and will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. During the initial 6-month on-the-job training, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks professionally and on time. Strong geography knowledge or a degree/diploma in Travel Tourism & Hotel Management is preferred. We do not recruit students or candidates under 21 years old. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently. - Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. - Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues. - Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate should have 0.5-1 year of experience in customer service or a Travel assistant role and should be proficient in English, Hindi, and Bengali. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires a Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days during the Day shift, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
