Customer Service Assistant (International Voice Process)

You are the ideal Business Development Executive who will play a crucial role in generating leads for Delegate's tickets (physical & virtual) and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets across various events. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, researching, and contacting senior level executives in different business sectors to present suitable business propositions and increase business. - Establishing contact with key decision makers and delivering compelling business propositions compliant with company requirements. - Ensuring effective communication throughout the business proposition and closing deals. - Meeting all personal and company targets regularly and addressing any issues for resolution. - Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally while managing expectations effectively. - Ensuring all business is compliant with company requirements. - Working collaboratively within a team to achieve revenue targets. - Updating and maintaining the company's CRM system accurately. - Leading by example, achieving personal revenue targets, and contributing to team revenue goals. - Continuously improving performance levels and developing across all skill sets and channels to market. Qualifications required for this role: - Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written). - Preferred experience in cold calling and managing a client database. - Excellent negotiation skills. - Strong networking abilities and self-motivation.
