Job Description

Key Responsibility:-

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems and resolve them efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff or technical teams when necessary.
  • Maintain deep understanding of the company’s products or services.
  • Guide customers through product usage or troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Both Freshers and Experienced can Apply.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
