Job Description

We are a leading battery manufacturing company, committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our Kolkata office and be the first point of contact for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage all inquiry calls efficiently.
  • Keep proper follow-ups using CRM software.
  • Coordinate with the service and marketing teams.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve customer queries.
  • Schedule follow-ups and maintain regular communication with leads.
  • Maintain call logs, CRM entries, and daily reporting to the manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle calls professionally and build good customer relationships.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools for follow-ups and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.

Prior experience in customer service/tele-calling will be an added advantage.
