Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Executive to manage and grow client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable services and solutions.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolution of client issues.
• Prepare reports on client relationships, sales, and service feedback.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple clients effectively.
