SKF India Limited: Aerospace Business Unit JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Customer Service and Account Receivables Executive Aero BU A) KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB Partnering with SKF Customers throughout their O2C journey with us, championing the responsibility for their best experience throughout this journey such that they become active promoters of SKF at least in part if not wholly because of their CS Experience. B) PROFILE QUALIFICATIONS • Empathetic personality with excellent communication skills • Basic knowledge of the O2C cycle, Accounts receivable and Proven experience in customer service and/or accounts receivable. • Graduation in any discipline or equivalent work experience C) SKILLS: • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with ERP systems or accounting software is an added advantage. D) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Customer Service: o Ensure efficient and accurate handling of customer quotations / orders / schedules / queries etc. o Monitor the progress and ensure complete execution of the order till delivery to Customer. o Coordinate with FVC Team i.e. Sales, Controlling, Supply Chain planner (domestic & overseas), Project Management, Factory, Warehouse, Logistics (EXIM & Transporters) etc. as and when required for timely delivery of material and to ensure no line stoppage at customer end. o Co ordinate with Customer and Customer service in France/UK/Italy for the Export control forms and other related documents. • Accounts receivable: o Proactively engage Customers with the purpose of timely payment of invoices. o Follow up on overdue accounts and send payment reminders. o Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. o Generate financial reports on accounts receivable status to global Sales manager/Customer service team. o Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Initiative and solution mindset oriented problem-solving skills. • Communication Skills – Ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers. • Problem-Solving – Quickly resolving customer inquiries and billing issues. • Open to learning and eager in identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities across the scope of work. • Analytical Thinking – Identifying discrepancies and resolving payment issues. • Negotiation Skills – Communicating with customers to secure timely payments. • Time Management – Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain cash flow • Accountability for own set of customers, as well as responsibility for the Customer Experience for all SKF Customers.
