Customer Service- Air Exports

Role Overview: You will be part of FLOMIC GROUP, a global player in the multi-cargo, multi-surface logistics business known for its high performance and customer-centric solutions. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for liaising with airlines, managing shipment reservations and schedules, updating clients on shipment status, and ensuring smooth freight process flow. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with Airlines for shipment reservations, negotiate rates, manage flight schedules, handle carting, EGM, etc. - Send pre-alerts to overseas agents and update clients on shipment status until closure. - Follow up with runner-ups and dispatch team promptly. - Forward documents to CHA for checklist and share with shipper for approval. - Ensure timely data entry in the operating system for smooth freight process flow. - Process accurate HAWB billing with rates. - Communicate with OPS team about cargo arrival for processing. - Send final airway bill and flight schedule to the client. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in Transportation/Logistics, preferably within Shipping and Transport & Logistics. - Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. - Adaptability and thrive in changing environments.
