As a Transportation/Logistics Coordinator at FLOMIC GROUP, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the company's logistics operations. You will be an integral part of a team of 500+ professionals spread across 29 branches in India. Your responsibilities will include liaising with airlines for shipment reservations, negotiating rates, managing flight schedules, handling carting, EGM, and communicating with overseas agents to update clients on shipment status. You will also be required to coordinate with the dispatch team, forward documents to the Custom House Agent (CHA) for approval, and ensure timely data entry in the operating system for a smooth freight process flow. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1 year of experience in Transportation/Logistics within Shipping and Transport & Logistics. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with multiple stakeholders. You should be adaptable to changing environments and thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
