• Provide timely guidance and solutions for a wide range of technical and non-technical client challenges.
• Configure client requests accurately within Oracle applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Follow established change management standards to maintain consistency and control across configurations.
• Ensure accuracy in all configurations and implementations, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across different solutions to achieve the client’s vision and deliver optimal results.
• Utilize internal knowledge bases, product documentation, and testing to efficiently resolve client concerns.
• Act as a primary liaison between clients and Oracle, promoting a client-first approach and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Continuously build expertise in Oracle’s core technologies and applications, with the opportunity to specialize in key product areas.
