As a vital member of our support team, you’ll play a key role in assisting clients by configuring their requirements in Oracle systems and resolving their issues using both phone and electronic communication channels.
Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional client support by meeting defined performance goals, utilizing internal knowledge bases, creating product documentation, and conducting thorough testing to resolve concerns efficiently. With a strong client-first approach, you will be instrumental in providing timely and accurate solutions for a range of technical and non-technical challenges.
In this dynamic role, you will serve as the frontline liaison between clients and Oracle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout every interaction. Your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and manage client expectations will be crucial in maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
