Customer Sales Support Representative

Immediate Joiner with good communication skills with Lead generation for domestic , market

Maintain proper database of all the clients. Managing complete CRM-Domestic , Export,Coordination Prepare & analyse the consumption patterns of the client.Analyse the drops & sudden spurts in ordersHelp the receivables team in managing outstanding payments

generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales teamPrepare client list for recordsTo respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, email, and whatsapp. Preparing & forwarding brochures, articles, explainers & sales materials as requiredTo be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and coordination with internal team

To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals quotes To process enquires by phone, email and personal visits ( if required), in relation to Company businessWork with sales personnel to achieve required sales team goals.Data Entry in Sales MIS and generate necessary reportsSolving Technical Matter/Issue related to PO and try to close asap.Documentation data must be managed for proper records Coordination for sales activities with Sales manager and channel partnersManaging complete export coordination if required.Ensure any other task assign by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
