Customer Sales Representative :- About the job. We are looking for Customer Sales Representative for US Shift - International Sales. Responsibilities:- Customer Sales Responsibilities list: * Receiving inbound phone calls * Generate sales leads * Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction * Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication * Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools * Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents * Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Requirements:- * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Freshers with good command over English language are welcome * Excellent communication and presentation skills this job can be search as international tele calling / international customer care / customer sales / customer support Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Night shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Location: Bhabha Nagar, Nashik, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
