We are looking for a proactive and articulate Customer Engagement Specialist to join our inside sales team. This role involves directly connecting with potential customers over the phone, sharing knowledge about our wellness products, resolving queries, and converting leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospects and introduce Meadbery’s product offerings.
• Clearly explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage to educate customers.
• Address customer questions, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
• Keep detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Consistently achieve and aim to surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage recurring sales.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to improve communication strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or inside sales is a plus.
• Fluent in both Hindi and English with strong persuasive communication.
• Resilient mindset and a passion for meeting sales targets.
• Active listening skills with a service-first attitude.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools and CRM software.
