Job Description

The job involves performing the following tasks under the guidance and direction of a Supervisor or Manager: - Identify potential customers for business with the assistance of the Supervisor or Manager. - Collect documents from customers and validate them according to the organization's norms. - Log the case in the system following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and adhere to the process for disbursement. - Meet the Sanction ratio as per the organization's requirements. - Fulfill customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under the guidance of the Supervisor or Manager. - Assist the Manager/Supervisor in empanelling new vendors and developing relationships with them. - Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations with the help of the Manager/Supervisor.,
