Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales and Support Associate to join our dynamic team in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the software/IT ecosystem. This role requires a balance of sales acumen and customer service excellence to support existing clients, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and support requests.
• Provide product knowledge, training, and onboarding support to new and existing customers.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand client needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively and resolve technical issues or route them to appropriate teams.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM tools.
• Assist with billing, renewals, account changes, and license management.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address potential issues.
• Help maintain and improve customer support processes and documentation (FAQs, help center, etc.).
• Contribute to customer retention strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or sales role, preferably in a SaaS or IT environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and support software.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-first mindset.
• Understanding of SaaS products, subscription models, and cloud-based services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with technical documentation or knowledge bases.
• Prior experience in upselling or customer success roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
