Candidate With 1-3 years of Experience in Customer Care and Retention will be an added advantage.

Candidate Must be fluent in English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and empathy for customers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Hindi Language would be an advantage

Salary + Attractive Incentive Structure will be provided.

Work Time: 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM (Monday - Saturday)

Location : Calicut
