Role Overview

We are seeking a Retention Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in enhancing customer loyalty and lifetime value through strategic retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage market insights, customer behavior data, and collaborative planning to develop and execute effective campaigns that deepen customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer retention strategies aligned with business goals
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and behaviors
• Design and implement targeted retention marketing campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty programs, etc.)
• Analyze customer data to identify churn risks and opportunities for re-engagement
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency and campaign alignment
• Monitor and report on the performance of retention initiatives using KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly
• Maintain updated customer journey maps and propose enhancements for a better customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably with a focus on customer retention
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in developing market plans and conducting market research
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
• Prior experience in the healthcare, wellness, or consumer goods industry is a strong advantage
