Role: CRM (Sales Team – Telecalling Focus)

As a CRM , you will play a vital role in communicating with customers, promoting our products, and driving business growth through effective telecalling and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
• Introduce and explain our eco-friendly product range and their benefits.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and assist in closing sales.
• Maintain and update customer databases accurately.
• Provide professional and courteous support to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication in Tamil and English.
• Prior experience in telecalling or telesales (preferred, not mandatory).
• Ability to handle objections and explain products clearly.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and data entry.
• Self-motivated with a passion for meeting goals.
