Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our team in the steel industry. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, facilitating seamless communication between the company and clients, handling inquiries, and supporting the sales team with follow-ups and coordination. Your role will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in CRM software, and a solid understanding of the steel market. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.  

  • Ensure timely responses to customer queries and complaints.  

  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns efficiently.  

2. Sales & Follow-ups:

  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.  

  • Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and conversions.  

  • Call customers for payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections.

3. Order & Quotation Management:

  • Assist in preparing and sending quotations.  

  • Track orders, dispatch details, and deliveries.  

  • Maintain accurate records of quotations, negotiations, and sales transactions.

4. Coordination & Documentation:

  • Liaise with internal departments (sales, accounts, logistics) for smooth order execution.  

  • Ensure proper documentation for customer transactions, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.  

  • Maintain an updated database of customer details and interactions.  

5. Market Analysis & Customer Insights:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.  

  • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.  

  • Generate reports on customer interactions, sales progress, and pending tasks.  

6. Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, sales coordination, or customer support.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Industry Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of steel grades, products, and supply chain operations.

7. Preferred Qualities:

  • Strong follow-up and multitasking skills.  

  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple clients.  

  • Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
