Job Description

Job responsibilities

Create customer segments based on purchases and enquiries.
Develop abandoned checkout recovery campaigns.
Manage WhatsApp and email marketing.
Create birthday, anniversary and festive campaigns.
Develop repeat-purchase and referral activities.
Manage post-purchase engagement and customer reviews.
Coordinate with marketing and customer experience teams.
Maintain consent and opt-out compliance.

Required skills: Shopify, WhatsApp Business API, email marketing, CRM platforms, automation workflows.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
