Customer Relationship Manager-Vadodara

As a Customer Relationship Manager at iServeU in Vadodara, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our partner banks. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for our partner banks, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any issues they may encounter. Your key responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between the company and partner banks, addressing and resolving queries or concerns raised by bank representatives, building and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, documenting customer interactions accurately, coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution, escalating unresolved matters to relevant departments, and providing feedback for process improvements based on client inputs. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel for data entry and formatting, exhibit strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, maintain a problem-solving attitude even under pressure, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
