Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for all customer service-related queries post vehicle delivery.

- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

- Ensure timely follow-ups for service reminders, feedback, and escalations.

- Monitor customer satisfaction levels through calls, emails, and surveys.

- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts departments to ensure prompt service.

- Resolve complaints/escalations professionally and in a timely manner.

- Generate and share daily/weekly reports on customer feedback and satisfaction.

- Ensure CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) targets are met.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.

- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language).

- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

- Working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

- Experience in an automotive dealership is a strong advantage.
