Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage customer database (CRM software) to track inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls for service reminders, feedback, and promotions.
  • Coordinate between the operations team and customers for service updates and delivery schedules.
  • Develop personalized engagement strategies to convert leads into repeat customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve services and operations.
  • Assist in creating loyalty programs, campaigns, and after-service care communication.
  • Maintain service quality standards by ensuring consistent customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
