Customer Relationship Executive - ( Telecaller )

To leverage exceptional tele sales skills to generate new business leads, sell insurance products, and foster long-term customer relationships, driving growth and success for our insurance broking business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and lead generation through outbound calls to potential clients.
• Selling a range of insurance products, including life, health, motor, and home insurance.
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer queries, and resolving issues.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Schedule follow-up appointments or meetings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and regulations (training will be provided).
