Customer Relationship Executive - (Telecaller)

As a Tele Sales Representative for our insurance broking business, your role is crucial in generating new business leads, selling insurance products, and building lasting customer relationships to drive growth and success. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct prospecting and lead generation by making outbound calls to potential clients. - Sell a variety of insurance products such as life, health, motor, and home insurance. - Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set for you. - Schedule follow-up appointments or meetings with interested clients. - Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty. Requirements: - Previous experience in tele sales, preferably within the insurance sector. - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales and customer service abilities, with a track record of working effectively in a target-driven environment. - Basic understanding of insurance products and regulations; however, training will be provided to enhance your knowledge.
