Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Telemarketing/CRE to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and promoting our solar energy solutions to potential customers through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar energy solutions

- Generate leads, set appointments, and follow up with customers to close deals

- Build relationships with customers, understand their energy needs, and provide tailored solutions

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related field

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
