Customer Relationship Executive

Position Overview:

As a Customer Relation Employee (CRM) in the automotive industry, you will be a vital link between our company and our valued customers. We are seeking individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer relations, who can contribute to fostering positive customer interactions and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interactions:
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Communication:
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback and trends for management review.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Relation Employee (CRM) in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
