Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing timely support.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback through phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Assist customers in resolving issues effectively and ensure follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate solutions and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain customer records and interactions using CRM tools and databases.
• Provide insights and feedback to management for service improvement.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Prior experience in customer service or relationship management is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
