Job Role – Customer Relationship Executive (Travel & Tourism Industry)

📍 Location: Chennai

💼 Industry: Travel & Tourism

🕒 Experience: 1–3 years preferred

- Provide outstanding customer service across phone, email & social platforms

- Manage reservations, bookings, and itinerary planning

- Recommend and upsell travel products based on customer needs

- Coordinate with vendors, operations & internal teams

- Handle client concerns and ensure quick, effective resolutions

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and travel trends

- Collect and act on customer feedback

- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or travel planning

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
