Customer Relationship Executive– Female

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us as Customer Relationship Executives. As a CRE, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for handling queries, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom/office.
• Handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve basic issues.
• Coordinate with the sales and service team for smooth customer handling.
• Maintain customer records and update databases.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Support in promotional activities and events when required.

Key Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Hindi/local language)
• Pleasant personality and customer service mindset
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
