Job Description

Responsibility

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a bank loan product or our loan services using scripts
Answer questions about a bank loan product or our credit services
Ask questions to understand customer loan requirements and close sales
Direct hot leads to the credit operations team when needed for further loan process
Enter and update customer information in the CRM
Take and follow loan enquiries in an accurate manner and achieve your monthly target
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Reporting to the sales manager/management about the daily sales report

Requirement

Gender: Married Female (within Madurai)
Education: Any Degree
Experience: 1-2 years
Salary: 12,000 to 15,000 per month + Incentives
Job Location: Madurai (Ellis Nagar)
Skills: Good Communication skills, Strong Analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
